(1) An application course of entire RWO-SHR health method combined by modern medicine, conventional Chinese medicine and I-Chin philosophy.

(2) How to practice foot reflexology with RWO-SHR breathing, functioning on “blood and Qi conduction” on ba fu board to achieve the balance of blood and Qi.

(3) Chinese medicine Monderal medicine principles and painless diagnosis.
