一、課程內容:
1.一分鐘氣功。
2.能量醫學與保健。
3.若石調息養氣法之原理與操作。
4.利用「八福踏板」操作足部反射區,並配合若石調息養氣法的「引氣導血」,來達到氣血平衡與細胞活化。
二、學習效果:
1.達到調息、調身與調心的目的。
2.「氣」與「血」為生命之泉源,藉由調血與養氣之方式,達到「氣血平衡」。
3.藉由身體「能場平衡」與「電場平衡」的操作,達到固本培元的能量平衡。

1.Through the course, people will learn:
(1)One-Minute Qi-Kong
(2)Practice of RWO-SHR Bio-energy Refresh Method.
(3)Pa-Kwa board advance exercise a combined exercise for blood regulation and the raise of “Chi”.
(4)How to practice foot reflexology with RWO-SHR breathing, functioning on “blood and Qi conduction” on ba fu board to establish the balance f blood and Qi.
2.Learning Results
(1)Achieving the aim of breathing, body and mind adjustment.
(2)Qi and blood are the source of life. Qi and blood conduction will help one achieve physical health in a balance of Qi and blood.
